Tyfoon 5 jaar All-in protection

• The Tyfoon 5-Year All-in Protection applies exclusively to Tyfoon tyres.
• Misuse, vandalism and damage resulting from overdue or insufficient maintenance are not covered.
• The general terms and conditions of sale remain fully applicable.
• Costs resulting from personal injury, property damage, fitting and balancing are not covered.
• For every warranty claim, the millimetres of tyre tread already worn will be taken into account.
• If a tyre is damaged beyond repair, the compensation will be calculated proportionally based on the remaining tread depth. This only applies if the same brand and type of tyre is selected.
• Compensation under the 5-Year All-in Protection is determined based on the remaining tread depth of the tyre. The claim will be processed by the selling party on the basis of the purchase invoice and at least four photos in accordance with the enclosed instructions. The selling party reserves the right to request the physical tyre for inspection.
• Damage resulting from incorrect fitting is excluded from the Tyfoon 5-Year All-in Protection.

What is not covered?

• Use of the tyres on a racetrack.
• Intentionally caused damage.
• Damage covered by another insurance policy and which should be claimed through that insurance.

The rules

• Tyfoon tyres are covered by All-in Protection for up to 5 years from the date of fitting.
• A damaged tyre can be submitted as a claim to the selling party, subject to the conditions set by that party.
• Claims to Inter-Sprint can be submitted in accordance with the applicable e-commerce terms and conditions.
• Only the tyre will be credited proportionally based on the remaining tread depth. Fitting and balancing costs are the responsibility of the driver/owner of the vehicle.
• The All-in Protection programme runs until 2030 and will then be evaluated. Dealers will be informed if the programme is extended.
